Weekly

Weekly fits busy households, homes with pets or kids, and anyone who wants the kitchen and baths handled before the weekend. The visit follows the standard list and stays shorter once the house is in a groove.

Every two weeks

Biweekly is the pace most maintained houses land on. Two weeks is long enough that the visit still matters, and short enough that dust and soap film do not take over. It is a common rhythm for Livonia, Canton, Troy, and Sterling Heights family homes.

Monthly

Monthly works for a smaller condo, a home that is already tidy, or a second residence. The visit is closer to a detail clean than a quick wipe, because a month of Michigan weather shows up on the floors.

The first visit and the ones after

If the house needs a reset, we quote a deep clean first, then the recurring standard visits. We aim to send the same crew when the route allows. We will not pretend a specific person is guaranteed every week.

Cancellation notice and what happens on holidays are written on the quote. This page does not set a penalty or a contract length. TODO: publish a standard notice period once the owner confirms it.

Questions about recurring cleaning

Can I skip a week?

Yes. Tell us as soon as you know. How a skipped visit is handled is part of the written agreement, which is still to be finalized. TODO: confirm the skip policy before launch.

Do you clean on Saturday?

The published hours are Sunday through Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to noon. Saturday is closed. Recurring visits are scheduled inside the days we work.
