A deep clean is the visit you book when a standard wipe will not touch what has built up. It is the first clean before a recurring plan, the reset before guests, and the careful pass through an older house with trim, doors, and baseboards that show every season.
What we add beyond a standard clean
Everything in a standard clean is included. The deep-clean list is the extra detail. Blinds, inside cabinets when they are full of belongings, and laundry are quoted only if you ask.

- Inside the fridge and freezer, food moved and put back
- Baseboards, door frames, light switches, and door fronts
- Interior glass and mirrors we can reach without a ladder on the stairs

- Detail work in showers, including the track and the glass
When a deep clean is the right first step
Book it before a recurring schedule, after a long stretch with no help, before selling, or when Michigan winter has left salt film on the entry floors and the bath fans are dusty. It is also the right visit for older trim-heavy houses in Royal Oak, Ferndale, the Pointes, and parts of Detroit, where the edges matter as much as the middle of the room.
A deep clean is still housekeeping. It is not mold remediation, not a hoist for exterior windows, and not a construction clean. Those are different pages and, in the case of mold, not a service we offer.

Questions about deep cleaning
Will you move furniture?
We move light pieces, chairs, and small tables to clean under them, then put them back. We do not shift beds, dressers, or sofas alone. If a room needs that, tell us before the quote.
Is a deep clean a one-time visit?
Usually yes. Many homes then move to a recurring standard clean. We can repeat a deep clean seasonally if you want that written into the plan.
