Janitorial Contracts in Metro Detroit

A janitorial contract is a recurring commercial clean with the tasks, days, and access written down. It is how offices, shops, and clinics stop renegotiating the checklist every week. Each Metro Detroit site gets its own page in the agreement.

What the agreement covers

We do not publish a contract term or a cancellation fee here. TODO: add the standard term and notice period after the owner confirms them. Until then, every account is quoted individually and nothing on this page is an offer.

  • Rooms and tasks, listed, including what is excluded
  • Days of the week and a target window
  • Who provides soap, liners, and paper goods
  • How you reach us about a missed item
  • How either side ends the agreement

Day porters and nightly crews

Most of our commercial work is a scheduled visit, not an all-day porter. If you need someone on site for a set block of hours, say so and we will quote that only if the route can support it. We would rather decline than invent a 24-hour desk.

Included

  • Written per-site scope
  • Recurring visits on agreed days
  • A direct line during published hours

Not included

  • A published rate card
  • 24-hour emergency coverage
  • Security or alarm monitoring

Questions about janitorial contracts

Can you take over from another janitorial company?

Yes. We walk the site, write our own scope, and start on a date you choose. We do not bad-mouth the last crew in the proposal.

Do you require a long contract?

Not on this website. The term is part of the quote and is still marked TODO until the owner sets a standard.
