Tell us the property and the kind of clean. We reply during Sunday through Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to noon, Saturday closed. Saturday is closed. Nothing starts until you accept a written quote.
What happens next
We call or email during business hours, confirm the rooms and the access, and send a written quote. You accept it or you do not. A standard clean, a deep clean, a turnover, and an office visit are different lists, so the note you send should say which one you think you need. If you are unsure, say that. We would rather sort it out on the phone than guess.
