Privacy

This note explains what BH Cleaning Service Metro Detroit collects when you ask for a quote. It is written in plain language. TODO: have a lawyer review it before launch.

Who we are

BH Cleaning Service Metro Detroit. Phone (313) 236-4558. Email info@bhcleaningservicesmetrodetroit.com. No street address is published. We are a service-area business in Metro Detroit, Michigan.

What the quote form collects

If you use the form, you may send your name, phone, email, city, property type, service, frequency, approximate size, and a message. A hidden field catches automated submissions. We use those details to reply about the quote and to schedule work you accept. We do not sell them.

The quote form sends that information to our request handler so we can reply. A security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs with the form to reject automated submissions. TODO: name the hosting provider in a lawyer-reviewed privacy note.

Analytics

This site loads Matomo from https://matomo.alphalockandsafe.com/matomo/ using site id 29. It records the page you visit and clicks on call and quote links, and it may store a cookie in your browser. We use those records to see which pages are used. We do not sell them. TODO: publish the Matomo opt-out link once that URL is confirmed.

How long we keep a request

We keep quote emails and messages long enough to do the work and to answer a follow-up question, then delete them when they are no longer needed. TODO: set a specific retention period once the inbox process exists.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
