Airbnb and Short-Term Rental Cleaning in Metro Detroit
A turnover is a timed reset, not a leisurely deep clean. Guests leave, the next ones are on the way, and the kitchen, baths, floors, and beds have to be ready. We clean short-term rentals across Metro Detroit, including downtown flats, Royal Oak and Ferndale houses, and lake places that fill up on summer weekends.
What a turnover includes
Laundry happens when the washer and dryer are in the unit and the timeline allows a cycle. If the next check-in is too soon for dry linens, we will say so rather than leave damp sheets. We do not provide soap, coffee, or paper goods.
- Kitchen wiped down, dishes run or stacked if you want that specified
- Bathrooms fully reset, including the shower and mirrors
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, trash out
- Beds stripped and remade when fresh linens are in the unit
- A quick walk-through for items a guest left behind, bagged for you
- Guest supplies set out only from stock you leave on site
Scheduling around check-out
Tell us the checkout time and the next check-in. We schedule inside published business hours: Sunday through Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday until noon. Saturday is closed, so a Saturday turnover needs a Friday or Sunday plan. We will not pretend we run an overnight desk.
Included
- Full guest-ready reset of kitchen, baths, and floors
- Linen change when linens are on site
- Lost-and-found bagged for the host
Not included
- Complimentary restocking
- Saturday turnovers
- Repair of damage a guest caused
Questions about airbnb & rental turnover
Can you send photos after a turnover?
If you want a short set of photos as part of the scope, we will include that in the quote. We do not post guest photos anywhere.
Do you manage the listing or the messages?
No. We clean. Pricing the stay, answering guests, and restocking shopping are yours unless a written add-on says otherwise.
