We ask about bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, stairs, finished basements, and anything you want left alone. The quote names the tasks. If a room is not on it, it is not assumed. We bring standard supplies unless you ask us to use yours.

Questions about residential cleaning

Do you clean condos and apartments?

Yes. Tell us the floor, the elevator or walk-up, and any building rules about hours or cleaning carts. The quote covers the unit, not the shared hallway, unless the building asks for that separately.

Can you start with a deep clean and then switch to recurring?

That is the usual order when a home needs a reset. We quote the first visit and the ongoing visits separately so the prices and the task lists stay clear.
